One of my favorite designs is the Tornado bracelet and I've revisited it here to create the Tornado Bottle.

I did have to rewrite the pattern as for the bracelet it was worked in 2-drop peyote which doesn't hold up well when working 3D objects.  I was inspired by some pottery that came across my FB feed where it looked like there was an overlay onto the pot and that set my mind wandering. I used Rulla beads down the sides of the bottle so I would have a second hole for the overlay and the Rullas are what create the unusual navette or eye shape of the bottle. It's all done in peyote stitch and is a lot easier than it looks although there's a lot to learn. No worries as the tutorial is 31 pages and the accompanying video class is a whopping FOUR hours long so I show you how to bead every nook and crannie.

You will need 5 colours of Delicas along with Rulla beads (62), 2mm firepolish (12) and a gram of 15/0 seed beads. And I use size 10 & 11 Tulip beading needles with 6lb Fireline.

The tutorial includes 4 colour-ways and all bead numbers ane amounts are included.

To comply with my copyright you must include my name with any photos or exhibitions or contests where you show my design (this includes any social media platform). Please note that if you enter a contest and entries are judged on design, originality and colour you should not enter my designs as you don't qualify to collect those points. It's only fair to others who do ALL the work on their entries.  I do allow you to sell what you make from this tutorial but again I need to be listed as the designer. Thank you for your understanding and compliance in these matters.
